The hotel has a nice spa that seems to be their primary focus, but the rooms are in desperate need of updates. While the loft we booked was spacious, it didn't feel special, and we faced multiple issues like a leaking air conditioner and poor room service. The experience was marred by inconvenience, such as being locked out of our room several times and having cold showers on checkout day, so I can't say it offered great value for the price we paid.
